Karl Lagerfeld Launches New Watch Line
German fashion house Karl Lagerfeld has launched a striking new line of men’s and women’s watches.
The new line features a range of lavish materials including crystal, leather, and stainless steel in pink, black and gold.
For men, there is the Kurator, a watch worn on a matte black stainless steel bracelet with guilloché links, while for women the Karl 7 comes in gunmetal and features a snakeskin-style leather strap.
The Karl 7 also comes in alternative editions including a version with a lizard-style leather strap and a dial inlaid with smoky topaz crystals and a version with a rose gold-coloured stainless steel bracelet and a dial paved with black crystals.
Other notable watches in the line including the Marais, available in gold or gunmetal and boasting a curb chain bracelet and rectangular dial adorned with a discreet profile of German designer Karl Lagerfeld
In addition to watches, the line also features the Karl 7 Charm Bracelet, a gold-coloured bracelet complete with seven charms, each representing a symbol with meaning to Karl Lagerfeld, including a cat and a fingerless glove.
Born in Hamburg, Germany in 1933, Lagerfeld has grown to become one of the world’s most famous fashion designers, artists and photographers.
