Limited Edition Organic Harmony Speakers
Shape Audio, makers of luxury sound systems, have created what it claims to be the first line of speakers constructed from solid precious metals.
The ‘sound sculptures’ are limited to 105 units, with 99 available in bronze, 5 in silver and 1 in eighteen karat gold. Prices range from £54,000 for the bronze version, £258,000 for the silver and £430,000 for gold.
Each speaker offers the sleek design of a stylish ornament, ensuring it fits into all elegant living spaces, from luxurious homes to Superyachts.
Luciano Pasquariello, creator of Shape Audio, said: “It just grows organically into the final form - beautiful and perfect.
"I have looked at hundreds of shapes in nature for inspiration, and what you see is our humble interpretation of some of them.”
He added: “It had to be a design that is timeless. Speakers last for decades and are not influenced by the technical warfare you see in other electronic equipment,.”
Billed as a complete music system, the speakers come with built-in amplifiers, USB, Ethernet connection and room correction. Users can connect one or more of their audio sources, such as an iPhone or CD player.
After a personal consultation, each speaker is delivered to the client approximately six months after order.
