Louis Vuitton Adds Slim Metallic Flower to Tambour Collection

By Paul Joseph

Louis Vuitton has created a new addition to its hugely popular Tambour Slim collection, called the Tambour Slim Metallic Flower.

Designed to lend a feminine touch to the collection, the new watch gets its name from the eye-catching floral pattern on the dial that elegantly reinterprets the monogram flower.

Inspired by fluid forms, plays of light and reflections, a total of 60 monogram flowers representing the minutes of the watch are engraved on the dial that come together to form a single flower.

The symbolic bloom shines with metallic radiance, thanks to the expertise of La Fabrique du Temps Louis Vuitton watchmakers. Eight polished cabochons further enhance the contemporary design on the dial.

The gold finished hands of the watch along with four Louis Vuitton motifs create an eye-catching contrast against the polished steel of the case and the dial.

Furthermore, Louis Vuitton’s patented system of interchangeable bracelets invites the wearer to play with the visual interpretation of the timepiece.

The Tambour Slim Metallic Flower is available in three different case sizes: 28, 33 and 39mm.

Founded in France in 1854, Louis Vuitton has grown to become one of the world’s most renowned luxury fashion brands.
