Louis Vuitton create Miniature Trunk Pendants
Louis Vuitton have created a lavish trio of pendants featuring miniature versions of the French brand’s iconic trunks.
The Les pendentifs “Petites Malles” or “Little Trunks” pendants, which are part of Louis Vuitton’s ‘Small Trunks’ collection, come in classic yellow gold
They first appeared as part of Louis Vuitton’s fall-winter 2014-2015 show, Nicolas Ghesquière’s first as the brand’s creative director.
Swinging on a chain with links shaped locks, each miniature trunk is engraved with the same details as on the standard sized Luis Vuitton trunks.
Founded in France in 1854, Louis Vuitton has grown to become one of the world’s most renowned luxury brands.
The company introduced the first ever flat-bottom trunks with trianon canvas in 1858, in order to allow them to be stacked on top of each other.
