An ultra-lavish private residential villa in Dubai has arrived on the market with an asking price of $11 million

Located in the Al Barai district, the property is part of the Bromelia villas development and is the first in the premium Desert Leaf cluster.

Spread over 26,548 square feet, the six-bedroom home offers views of the Dubai skyline, including the iconic Burj Khalifa, and includes extended guest rooms with panoramic windows and a custom designed master bath with a Jacuzzi.

A private cinema and poker room with original chips from the Monte Carlo casino has also been added, while homeowners can house four cars in an air-conditioned “car showroom”, with a separate garage offering space for another three cars.

Other facilities include a custom gym, a spa building with changing room, toilet, steam room, exotic shower, ice maker, and cold water plunge pool. There’s also a custom “yoga temple” which has its own massage area and shower.

A 1300 square foot swimming pool with fibre optic lighting and glass walls takes centre stage, accompanied by a Jacuzzi. You can also entertain guests in the sunken pool bar area which is complete with a barbecue, pool bar and fireplace.

At the rear of the backyard more amenities await in the form of an LED lighted waterfall, a swimming pool and water creek. High wooden fences protect you from prying eyes.

The home is priced at almost $11 million.
