Luxury Provence Villa Gets Little Sister: La Petite Bergerie

By Paul Joseph

Villa La Bergerie, one of the Mediterranean’s most beautiful private properties, has been enhanced by the construction of a stunning new guesthouse.

Perfect for those seeking to escape the hustle and bustle of the Cote d'Azur - especially during event season - the main villa itself sleeps 12 guests in 6 bedrooms and the arrival of the much-anticipated La Petite Bergerie means visitors to the property in the commune of Tourettes in Provence can now accommodate an additional four guests.

Discreetly set within La Bergerie’s gardens, the guesthouse was created using the highest quality materials including reclaimed natural stone, oak flooring and beautiful handpicked furnishings.

Accommodation is comprised of two luxurious en-suite double bedrooms, that can also be made into twin bedrooms, a private lounge with a feature fireplace and large glass doors opening up to a private terrace and garden. As with the main villa, the La Petite Bergerie boasts incredible views across to the perched villages of Tourrettes, Fayence and Callian.

Built in 2012, the spectacular fully-staffed La Bergerie sits in private gardens within the exclusive Golf Resort of Terre Blanche in Tourrettes. The property is spread over more than 1,000 square metres and boasts a private cinema, vast manicured gardens, an outside dining area and magnificent 18-metre pool. Guests also have access to the nearby hotel’s facilities including a world class golf course and spa.

A team of staff is on hand, including housekeeping, hostesses, a chef and a concierge service who can assist with anything from dinner reservations to hiring a private yacht for the day.
