Maranello to Host its First Event Dedicated Exclusively to Ferrari

By Paul Joseph

The Italian town of Maranello, the birthplace of Ferrari, is to host its first ever event dedicated exclusively to the iconic car marquee this September.

Called Universo Ferrari, the event will be focussed on the vast and expansive Ferrari world and will be open both for private visitors and for public viewing days.

Situated in a structure constructed specifically for the event near the Ferrari factory, the event will feature areas covering all aspects of Ferrari’s activities, from classic cars to racing, as well as the marquee’s current model line-up.

Of special interest to visitors will be the chance to see the SF90 Stradale – Ferrari’s new series-production supercar hybrid – on its European premiere, a rare occasion for the public to take a closer look at the latest Ferrari outside of an international motor show.

Located in the region of Emilia-Romagna in Northern Italy, Maranello is home to the official Ferrari manufacturing plant, as well as the Ferrari museum.

Ferrari was founded by Enzo Ferrari in 1939.
