Spread across more than 3,600 square feet and five floors, the showroom is owned and operated by Maserati’s Middle East representatives, Al Tayer Motors, and features two underground levels for parking, as well as a special handover suite for customers collecting their cars.

It also incorporates a customer lounge with an Italian coffee bar and a customisation area, replete with exclusive paint, leather, wood and other interior and exterior trim samples, designed to enable customers to personalise their car.

The entire first floor is dedicated to the Maserati Certified Pre-Owned programme, with every car going through a 121-point check and complete body re-conditioning before being fully serviced prior to delivery to customers.

This ensures that the car is as good as new and capable of providing the same thrilling driving experience, which is the hallmark of every Maserati vehicle.

Environmentally friendly technologies have been used for the water, air conditioning and lighting systems, while LED lighting is used across the facility, and motion sensor technology helps in reducing energy consumption by switching off lights during quiet or unused periods.
