Mattia Cielo Launches First Jewel-Watch
Italian jeweller Mattia Cielo has created a stunning new timepiece that has been transformed from a piece of jewellery.
Designed by artist-designer Massimiliano Bonoli, the Mattia Cielo jewel-watch was created from a bracelet that belonged to the brand’s “iguana” collection and boasts high-tech suspension technology.
The jewel-watch was showcased at the recent BaselWorld exhibition in Switzerland which saw a host established brands displaying their wares alongside several fresh faces keen to stamp their mark on the watch and jewellery world.
The launch of the Jewel-watch follows the opening in October last year of Mattia Cielo’s first boutique in Milan, Italy.
Mattia Cielo founded his own jewellery making company in 2006.
