As if they don’t have enough to enjoy on their doorstep, the super-prime residents of Mayfair can now experience the best that London’s luxury hotel scene has to offer thanks to a partnership with internationally-renowned hotel group Dorchester Collection.

The recently announced collaboration between the Dorchester Collection and property developer Clivedale will see apartment owners at Mayfair Park Residence granted access to The Dorchester and 45 Park Lane - both owned and operated by the Dorchester Collection - and their lavish amenities.

It is the first time that Dorchester Collection, which boasts a global portfolio of hotels, has partnered with a residential developer.

Tarun Tyagi, Clivedale London’s Chief Executive, said: “Our Mayfair Park Residences scheme represents a truly unique proposition in London’s super-prime residential market due to its size and unparalleled location adjacent to Park Lane and Hyde Park.

“Mayfair Park Residences has been conceived over a number of years from a complex site assembly to detailed scheme development, and as a result we are now able to offer something truly exceptional to the market.”

Clivedale London’s residential scheme, Mayfair Park Residences, is a collection of eighteen exclusive apartments located on Stanhope Gate - adjacent to Hyde Park and Dorchester Collection’s 45 Park Lane hotel in the heart of Mayfair.

Dorchester Collection owns and manages a global portfolio of ten hotels including The Dorchester and 45 Park Lane in London, The Beverly Hills Hotel in Los Angeles, and Hotel Plaza Athénée in Paris.
