Miami Grand Beach Hotel Surfside Opens its Doors

A new luxury beachfront hotel is set to open its doors to the public in Miami Beach this weekend just in time for the arrival of Art Basel Miami, the prestigious annual arts fair, which kicks off next Thursday.

Located in the Town of Surfside, nestled between Bal Harbour and Miami Beach, the Miami Grand Beach Hotel Surfside comprises two separate buildings, each with its own distinctive character.

Whilst one of these buildings, the Oceanfront Hotel, will be opening this weekend, guests will have to wait until June next year before the opening of the second building, called The Annex.

Overlooking a white, sandy beach and the turquoise waters of the Atlantic, guests are greeted by sweeping views of the ocean and Palm Garden when stepping into the panoramic lobby of the hotel. Standard suites – starting at more than 400 square feet – are among the largest in Miami Beach and the hotel also offers 2-Bedroom Suites with a variety of bedding options.

Also housed within the Oceanfront Hotel is “Chez Gaston”, acasual dining restaurant located only steps from the beach and overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, whilst the Sunset Bar on the 12th floor provides a spectacular view of Biscayne Bay and Miam.

Other notable amenities include concierge services, a large Fitness Centre with Ocean and City Views, a Wellness Centre (boutique-spa), and complimentary wireless internet access throughout the hotel,

The Grand Beach Hotel Surfside is located only 15 miles from Miami International Airport and 18 miles from Fort Lauderdale Airport. Onsite Valet parking is available at the hotel.
