By Paul Joseph

German luxury goods brand Montblanc has created two eye-catching new mechanical timepieces.

The Bohème Day & Night comes with a stainless steel crown and a bezel set with 72 top Wesselton diamonds, while a transparent sapphire window reveals the movement.

Other notable features include a day/night indicator that operates over a 24-hour cycle, a black alligator strap and a pin buckle, and water resistance up to 30-metres

The Bohème Moongarden Night, meanwhile, is available with a choice of two dials – silvery-white or blue guilloche – while it also comes with a moonphase indication displaying the 12 names of the different moons.

Other components include a bezel and crown, both featuring Top Wesselton diamonds, a Swiss automatic Montblanc caliber MB 29.17movement with 25 jewels, a power reserve of 42 hours and water resistance up to 30 metres.

Montblanc was founded by Claus-Johannes Voss, Alfred Nehemias and August Eberstein in Germany in 1908.
