Shortly after revealing the Biggest House in America, the news of the most expensive home in America’s most expensive zip code has emerged, offering timeless architecture in a grand country estate.

Built on five glorious acres in the widely sought after location of Alpine, New Jersey, the new ‘most expensive’ home covers 30,000 square foot from granite, limestone and solid mahogany to offer a classic and stunning country estate.

The Wall Street Journal has reported the property to be the most expensive home in the most expensive zip code in the US. Based on the 60-acre Frick estate, Richard J. Kurtz bought the land in 2006 for $58 million, turning the property into eight separate properties, including New Jersey’s new ‘most expensive’.

The mansion is now listed for $68 million through an individual broker from Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty. The house is authentic in design and historical imagery, including state-of-the-art conveniences alongside the pure luxury such as a conservatory, elevator, five car garage, indoor basketball court and gym, pool and cabana, tennis court and wine cellar.
