Muse Hotel: Inspired by Icons
When Muse Hotel de luxe opened in Saint Tropez last summer, it quickly established itself as one of the region’s most chic destinations.
Boasting 15 suites and 10 swimming pools, the theme of the hotel is all in the name – with each suite dedicated to an inspirational French icon of yesteryear, such as Edith Piaf, Catherine Deneuve and Lauren Bacall.
Set within beautifully terraced gardens, all of the suites have their own distinct decor, and are finished with cool stone floors, mamarino wall finishes, walk-in wardrobes, Playstations, iPads and iPod decks.
The hotel also features a restaurant run by executive chef Nicolas Le Tourmelin, whose reputation soared after his efforts at the Sheraton Hotel in London's Knightsbridge.
Other amenities include a bar, serving a series of signature cocktails and aperitifs around a sunken outdoor pool, as well as smoothies and detox juices.
Guests wanting to visit the beach can make use of an exclusive Bentley shuttle service, and a team of sun butlers, who are on-hand to administer luxury sun cream on request.
