New Fairmont Hotel Opens in Dubai

Situated on the beach front with easy access to the Dubai Marina and the city’s business hubs, the new Fairmont the Palm resort hotel features 381 guest rooms, many of which offer unrivalled views of the Arabian Gulf.

The resort also features 2,200 square metres of meeting and conference facilities, a 1,600 square metre spa, and a grant total of seven food and beverage outlets serving international cuisine include Brazilian and Chinese fare.

As well as being a hotel, the property is also part of a vast $61 million real estate development that includes 562 luxury residential apartments.

Fairmont the Palm is the second Fairmont hotel to open in Dubai following Fairmont Dubai, a 394-room business hotel that opened in 2002.
