Italian luxury watchmakers Panerai have launched a new addition to its iconic Luminor range ahead of the 2015 SIHH watch fair in Geneva next month.

The Luminor 1950 – 3 Days Chrono Flyback Automatic Ceramica boasts a range of impressive components including a flyback stopwatch feature and automatic winding, and an extended power storage of 72 hours.

In a notable departure from previous Luminor models by Panerai, the latest incarnation is housed in a ceramic case made of zirconium oxide

Now in its 25th year, the Salon International de la Haute Horlogerie (SIHH) takes place at the Geneva Palexpo from January 19th – 23rd.

Panerai was founded in Florence, Italy by Giovanni Panerai in 1860.
