Piaget Launches Ultra-Thin Dancer Timepiece

By Paul Joseph

Luxury Swiss watchmaker Piaget has released a new addition to its range of women's ‘Dancer’ watches – the Dancer pièce exceptionnelle – at just 2.5mm amongst the thinnest in the world.

The watch boasts an 18-carat white gold case, a dial and crown covered with 392 brilliant-cut diamonds, and an 18-carat white gold bracelet encrusted with 277 diamonds

It also sports a Circular Côtes de Genève finish with a circular-grained plate, bevelled bridges, engraved coat of arms, and blued screws on bridges.

Other notable features include a Piaget 830P ultra-thin hand-wound mechanical movement and a power reserve of approximately 60 hours.

The Dancer piéce exceptionnelle was first presented at the prestigious SIHH fair last January, but is now available for purchase, with pricing on request.
