Pricing Revealed for Aston Martin Residences Miami
No-one expected them to come cheaply, but eye-brows will certainly be raised at the cost to purchase units in Aston Martin’s first branded private properties, the Aston Martin Residences in Miami, which have now been revealed.
Even the cheapest units at the prestigious residential tower, nestled on Biscayne Boulevard Way in downtown Miami, will cost $2,865 per square foot, while prices for conventional units will range from $2 million to $8.5 million, and for penthouses as much as an eye-popping $50 million.
The project will be created in partnership with global property developer G and G Business Developments and will form a key initiative of the Art of Living by Aston Martin portfolio, which takes customers beyond sports cars and enables them to immerse themselves in the Aston Martin lifestyle.
Slated to open in 2021, the development will be housed within a striking sail-shaped tower featuring 66 floors of luxury apartments and penthouses, each offering panoramic views of Biscayne Bay and the Miami area.
Aston Martin’s Chief Creative Officer, Marek Reichman, will design the interior spaces including two private lobbies, a two-level fitness centre with ocean views and a full-service spa. Penthouses will feature private pools and spacious terraces.
The sales centre for the Aston Martin Residences is due to open in March 2017 and the project will break ground during Summer 2017.
