Conceptualised by master developer Nakheel, the Raffles hotel will be part of a brand new development on the sprawling Palm Jumeriah, consisting of a two-tower development that will include- Raffles The Palm Dubai Hotel and Raffles Residences PALM360.
As its name hints the latter will offer panoramic views of the island along with a 155-metre-long sky pool, making it the largest of its kind in the world. The pool will connect the towers 170 metres above the ground.
The PALM360 will also be the first beachside Raffles in Dubai and the tallest structure to be built on the Palm Jumeriah.
It’s hotel counterpart will offer 25 hotel rooms and suites and about 359 branded residences and penthouses, each complete with a private infinity pool, gym and cinema.
The current record for the world’s largest sky pool is held by the Marina Bay Sands Hotel, Singapore.
