Ritz-Carlton Hosts Exclusive “Land, Air and Sea” Event

An elite group of guests gathered at the Ritz-Carlton Residences in Palm Beach late last month for a lavish afternoon that included excursions on high-end luxury cars and yachts.

The “Land, Air and Sea” event began with a brief tour through The Ritz-Carlton’s new residences, before continuing at the tropically landscaped seaside terrace where guests were treated to a top-class lunch with live music.

Later guests were able to sign up for test spins of the new Ferrari California car and sea trails of Ferretti’s 750 and 880 yachts. Visitors departed with gift bags provided by private aviation company NetJets.

Notable attendees at the event included Project owners Ophir Sternberg and Allison Greenfield, Stephen Gurowitz of Interiors by Stephen G, Steven Shapiro, Carolyn Block Ellert, Virginia Spencer, Susan Polan and Jerry Schweiner.

A two-tower oceanfront retreat, the Ritz-Carlton Residences has attracted buyers from around the globe, including China, England, Russia and Canada, since opening in January.

Priced from $700,000 to over $10 million, the Residences offer a beachfront location, expansive floor plans, and unobstructed ocean views.
