Ritz-Carlton Opens Abu Dhabi Hotel

Luxury hotel chain Ritz-Carlton has opened its first property in Abu Dhabi, and its ninth in the Middle East.

The Venetian-styled waterfront resort comprises 10 stately buildings arranged in a crescent formation, housing 447 guestrooms and suites, plus 85 private one- and two-bedroom villas.

The resort contains a range of lavish amenities including a 1,600 square metre outdoor pool overlooking the majestic Sheikh Zayed Grand Mosque, a 1,550 square metre Roma Ballroom, 10 gourmet restaurants and bars, private beaches and a fully-equipped health club.

Ritz-Carlton currently operates 82 hotels across the Americas, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and the Caribbean.

Other notable facilities at the resort include the Ritz-Carlton Club Level, which provides a dedicated concierge, private check-in, plus five food and beverage offerings throughout the day within an exclusive lounge boasting panoramic views.

Abu Dhabi welcomes two-million visitors each year.
