Rixos Residences Palm Jumeirah To Open in Dubai

Located in the most prestigious part of Palm Island, the property will open to the public in December 2011.

The hotel section will boast 204 rooms, as well as gardens and a stunning beach promenade area. A contemporary style will be combined with typical Middle Eastern architectural features such as wide public areas and internal courtyards and terraces.

The residence section will consist of 112 flats, offering various options such as 2-3 bedroom residences as well as 4-5 bedroom detached villas with gardens. The seventh floor will include roof gardens that encircle the buildings.
