RM Auctions Prepares for 2014 Hershey Lodge Sale
RM Auctions returns to Hershey, Pennsylvania in October for its annual event at the Hershey Lodge.
Boasting a solid reputation for presenting exceptional Brass and Classic Era motor cars, this year’s auction will also feature a stunning pair of Chris-Craft motor boats.
The 1941 Chris-Craft 27’ Custom Barrelback Runabout “Runaway Jane” is one of only eight produced between 1941 and 1942, and is one of only five known to still exist. Chris-Craft Barrelback is one of the most iconic names of pre-WWII boats, and the 27’ foot example was the largest built.
Meanwhile 1930 Chris-Craft Model 111 Runabout “Muse” is beautifully restored and has won numerous “Best of Show” awards throughout North America.
