Roger Dubuis Unveils Limited Edition Excalibur timepiece
Swiss watchmaker Roger Dubuis has unveiled a brand new 50-piece limited edition of its iconic Excalibur Automatic timepiece to mark the brand’s link up with Abu Dhabi football club Al Ain.
Recently announced as the official partner of Al Ain, the largest and most popular football club in the United Arab Emirates, the new partnership has begun in real style with the unveiling of the Excalibur Al Ain FC Edition.
Also designed to coincide with the 50th anniversary of the club, the new watch collection is being distributed worldwide through an exclusive sales network and in boutiques.
The watch boasts the same purple colour of the club on its dial and on the stitches along with the club logo and the words “50 years Anniversary” on the sapphire glass caseback of the watch.
It comes in a 42mm steel case that houses the in-house caliber RD830 and has a 48-hour power reserve and water-resistance to 3 BAR.
Other notable features include the pairing of a black rubber strap with purple stitches and steel folding buckle.
The Roger Dubuis Excalibur Al Ain FC Edition is available for pre-order, although pricing has not yet been confirmed
Roger Dubuis was founded in 1995 through a partnership between master watchmaker Roger Dubuis and designer Carlos Dias.
