Samsung Launches $1,500 Cleaning Wardrobe

By Paul Joseph

South Korean tech giants Samsung have unveiled an innovative new contraption that combines the utility of a wardrobe with a smart washing machine, iron and steamer.

Called the ‘AirDresser’, the wardrobe is designed to effortlessly clean, dry and straighten your clothes using JetSteam and Jet Air systems.

The Air Dresser resembles a sleek refrigerator, but makes virtually no noise and uses no detergent to leave your clothes pristine clean and well-ironed.

It consists of three “Air Hangers”, a “Jet Air” system to loosen and remove dust, and a “JetSteam” system to kill off bacteria, viruses, and allergens.

The Air Dresser is also low-maintenance with a self-cleaning process that dehumidifies and sanitises it.

For those keen to splash the cash on this unique item, it will be available from this April with prices starting at $1,400.

Founded in 1938, Samsung is headquartered in Samsung Town, Seoul, South Korea.
