Selfridges Unveils Luxury ‘Corner Shop’ Concession

By Paul Joseph

Prestigious London department store Selfridges has unveiled the design of a new ‘Corner Shop’ concession housing a huge variety of luxury labels.

The concession, which opened last week, sits on the corner of Duke and Oxford street, and houses over 450 designer items.

It is part of a multi-million pound refurbishment to the department store’s accessories hall, which features boutiques for world renowned brands including Balenciaga, Burberry, Chanel, Celine, Chloe, Gucci and many more.

The latest phase of the exclusive revamp has seen the concession opening outside the main store. Among the brands on display are a special Louis Vuitton store that doubles as a concept space as well as a Dior selling a range of exclusive not available anywhere else.

The complete makeover of the Selfridges accessories hall is slated to be completed some time next year.

Selfridges was founded by American entrepreneur Harry Gordon Selfridge in 1909.
