Severin*s Alpine Retreat Offers a New Level of Luxury

By Paul Joseph

The new year brings a new Alpine retreat in the Austrian mountain village of Lech, just as the Winter skiing season gets into full flow.

The highly anticipated Severin*s - The Alpine Retreat opened its doors just a couple of weeks ago, offering guests a sumptuous experience with its choice of nine lavish suites, fine dining restaurant and Alpine inspired bar, wine cellar, swimming pool and state-of-the-art spa.

If that’s not enough, the resort also boasts an extravagant four-bedroom private residence complete with a home cinema, private kitchen, office, free-standing bath tub in the master suite and outdoor hot-tub.

Clad in reclaimed Tyrolian wood with a stone facade and featuring an eye-catching copper roof, Severin*s was designed to be harmonious with the beautiful natural landscape of Lech, with special care placed on the use of traditional building materials.

Inside, Alpine charm has been combined with contemporary touches, with furnishings by Italian studio Minotti, cosy fireplaces at every turn, and walls adorned with modern works of art curated by Vienna’s Contemporary Art Advisors.

To relax and unwind following an adventurous day up the mountains or on the slopes, guests can enjoy the hotel’s spectacular indoor swimming pool featuring an eye-catching waterfall, relax in the sauna and steam rooms, enjoy indulgent spa treatments and beauty therapies, or work out in the cutting edge Technogym.

Prices start from €890 euros per night in a Junior Suite, inclusive of welcome Champagne, breakfast and dinner daily, mini-bar, Wi-Fi, parking, luggage service, a heated ski cabinet, shuttle to ski lifts, turndown service and use of spa and fitness facilities.
