Shangri-La London Offers Private Plays for Guests

The Shangri-La London, one of the city’s most luxurious hotels, is offering a unique customised theatre experience for its guests.

In the comfort of your own room or suite, guests can watch an intimate play performed by acclaimed London theatre company, Revels In Hand.

Priced at $11,743, the innovative experience includes an overnight stay in Shangri-la’s signature suit, a live theatre performance for up to 25 guests, and the chance to meet-and-mingle with the actors while enjoying champagne and canapes.

After the show, guests can retreat to the comforts of Shangri-La’s lavish amenities, including a state-of-the-art spa, before finishing their stay with breakfast for two served in TĪNG Restaurant and Lounge the next morning.

Among the shows on offer include Voice of the Turtle by John Van Druten; Hands Across The Sea and Ways and Means, a Noël Coward Double Bill; and Bell, Book and Candle by John Van Druten.

Shangri-la’s signature suite is the hotel’s most luxurious residence, complete with marble-clad bathrooms, heated floors, sleek and sophisticated interiors and stunning views of some of London’s most famous landmarks including Big Ben, St. Paul’s Cathedral and the Tower of London.

Located at the top of London's distinctive Shard building, Shangri-La Hotel opened its doors in 2014.
