Singita Sweni Lodge: Safari in the Lap of Luxury
Situated on the banks of the Sweni River, in the remote eastern section of the world-renowned Kruger National Park near South Africa’s border with Mozambique, is the Singita Sweni Lodge.

The luxury hideaway is elevated on stilts with decks of timber, with its six exclusive suites dressed in the colours of chocolate and pistachio. Floor-to-ceiling glass walls reveal a picture book setting that is complimented by warm hospitality and enthusiastic service.
A variety of excursions are available, with local guides on hand to accompany and advise, whilst from the lodge itself visitors are afforded stunning views of sunbathing terrapins, cruising crocodiles, wallowing hippos and feeding jacanas.
Sweni Lodge is also renowned for its fine cuisine, with exotic game, such as springbok and ostrich, combined with the freshest African ingredients to create simple, delicious dishes. The lodges also offer spectacular bush breakfasts, al fresco meals, indoor dining or traditional boma meals lit only by twinkling lanterns.
The Kruger National Park was established in 1898 to protect the wildlife of South Afric’s Lowveld region.
