By Paul Joseph

Luxury hotel and Spa operator Six Senses is to open its first residential project in Europe next month.

Located in the Courchevel ski resort in the French Alps, the Six Senses Residences Courchevel will feature 53 apartments, a state-of-the-art Spa, and private ski-in-ski-out concierge services.

The luxury accommodation options will include one to three bedroom apartments, plus a selection of five-bedroom duplex penthouse suites with private Spa rooms, specially configured wine cellars and triple aspect balconies that overlook the slopes.

The rooms will be contemporary in décor with traditional mountain influences including timber walls and robust beams.

The Spa will offer state-of-the-art therapies featuring a range of signature massages, restorative therapies, facials and body treatments. It will also boast an indoor swimming pool, saunas, steam room, a relaxation lounge, a gym and a studio for wellness classes.

The hotel concierge will assist with a wide range of activities and amenities, including private jet access and bespoke gourmet ski guiding. A dedicated ski concierge service will be available for guests to ski on and off the piste morning and evening, without having to carry their skis or boots.

Rentals at the Six Senses Residences Courchevel will start from $6,150 per week, rising all the way up to $40,000 per week.
