SJ Villas Introduce New 100-Acre Private Villa in Sardinia

Situated less than 20 minutes from the renowned beaches of the Costa Smeralda, Villa Infinity is made up of six separate stone buildings and an olive grove.

Perched 217 metres above sea level, the villa is surrounded by mountains, with far reaching views across the unspoilt countryside. One of the most striking features is the villa’s 25-metre infinity pool, which has been built into the mountainside overlooking the gardens and beyond.

Villa Infinity, which sleeps ten, is constructed with dry-stone walls using stones from the original estate. The buildings have a rustic charm, reminiscent of the style of local farmhouses. The chic white furnishings and white-washed walls, contrast well with the traditional dark wood furniture and wooden floors.

The buildings comprise a master suite, two guest suites, spacious living and dining areas, several covered terraces and a fully equipped professional kitchen. There is also a separate pool house with a fourth en suite bedroom, a gym and a bowling green. The villa’s large gardens, ideal for eating al fresco, are filled with local oleanders, junipers, olive trees and holm oak.

The estate is less than 20 minutes’ drive from the beaches, shops, restaurants and watersports facilities of Porto Cervo and Porto Rotonda and the fashionable market town San Pantaleo. Olbia airport is less than one hour’s drive way.

Prices start from €1,400 per week based on ten sharing and includes a cleaner six days a week, a swimming poo,l technician, gardener and concierge service.
