SJ Villas Introduces Ibiza Property to Luxury Portfolio

Nestled in the north of the island in the hills behind Benirras Beach, the newly built Can Tara residence is the latest addition to the lavish portfolio of private holiday home company SJ Villas.

Designed using a modern interpretation of a traditional Ibizan house, the villa features a series of large, white interlocking cube. Adding to its distinctive appearance, each room in the house has a wall made entirely of glass, which slides open at the push of a button revealing panoramic views of the hills and sea.

Sleeping up to ten people, Can Tara is surrounded by 25,000 square metres of garden and woodland. The spacious, designer interiors feature contemporary furniture and unusual pieces from around the world, while the open-plan living space includes a sunken chill-out zone with an open fireplace and views over the pool and beyond.

Other notable features include a heated green tiled 18 metre infinity pool, barbecue area and an outside dining area for up to 20 people, while the house is fitted with smart TVs and iPod docks in every bedroom, and a cinema room with a projector screen.

The villa comes with a concierge service and a cook can be provided on request. It is located just five minutes from Benirras Beach and the village of San Juan and is a 30 minute drive from Ibiza Airport.

Prices start from £9,500 (€12,000) to £17,000 (€21,500) per week, sleeping 10 people.
