SJ Villas Unveil New Luxury Properties for 2018

Each of the new properties has been personally visited and vetted by SJ Villas and are located in desirable destinations including the South of France, Tuscany, the Algarve, Belize, Corfu, Mallorca and Mexico.

Among these stunning new homes include a private island hideaway in Belize, the company’s first property in the country that’s nestled on the eastern coast of Central America, along the Caribbean Sea.

Located behind the world-famous Belize Barrier Reef, the home, called Coral Island, is a true eco-conscious sanctuary, with a small coral sand beach, ideal for an abundance of water sports including snorkelling, canoeing and fishing. 

Other notable additions to the SJ Villas portfolio include a hilltop vineyard retreat overlooking Nice and Cannes, a traditional Italian Farmhouse set in a UNESCO World Heritage Site, a private oasis overlooking the stunning Mallorca village of Deia, and a rooftop yoga deck and pool in the eastern Algarve.

Prices at SJ Villas properties vary depending on the location and number of nights. At Coral Island in Belize, which sleeps up to 10, prices start from $1,435 per night, fully catered.
