Spada Condatronca Monza to Take Monaco by Storm

By P. Joseph

Amongst the stunning supercars to be unveiled at the Top Marques Monaco, which kicks off on the French Riviera tomorrow, will be the world premiere of the limited-edition Spada Codatronca Monza.

Created by the Turin-based SpadaVettureSport, an arm of design studio Spadaconcept, the new model is an open speedster version of the company’s Codatronca range.

Billed as a lighter, faster and track-oriented model, the open-top roadster boasts a Corvette Z06 7.0-litre V8 engine, and comes with twin superchargers to take power to 700bhp.

Boasting top speeds of 335 km / h, the car is also equipped with comprehensive three-way telemetry equipment and a traction control system that is disabled after being pressed three times.

The car was made after a customer expressed his desire for a completely personalized version of the Codatronca. It will be limited to no more than 20 models.

The Spada Condatronca Monza is expected to be priced at around €300,000.

Billed as the world's only 'live' supercar show, Top Marques Monaco will run from 14th-17th April.
