Over four-hundred Ferrari clients, media and celebrities were in attendance for the unveiling of the eagerly-awaited car, which is Ferrari’s first turbo-powered model since the F40 which launched in 1987.

Boasting an elegant new design inspired by the “pontoon-fendered” Ferrari 250 Testa Rossa of the late 1950s, the California T features a powerful new 560hp twin-turboV8 engine that enables the car to reach 62mph in just 3.6 seconds.

The new Ferrari’s specifications also include latest generation CCM brakes, F1-traction control system and an impressive fuel economy of 27mpg.

Speaking at the launch, Francesco Balli, Regional Manager for Ferrari North Europe, said: “We are delighted to introduce the California T to our clients here at this fantastic venue in the heart of London.

“The new design features and innovative technology introduced on the California T means that we are sure this car will be very well received by our clients and fans here in the UK.”

The new Ferrari California T will make its dynamic debut at the 2014 Goodwood Festival of Speed in West Sussex, England in June.
