TechnoMarine Watch Inspired by the Ocean

By Paul Joseph

Swiss watch brand TechnoMarine has created a new timepiece inspired by the depths of the ocean.

The result of a collaboration between TechnoMarine and designer Federico Restrepo, the AquaSphere features 28 natural freshwater pearls floating in a clear liquid underneath above the watch’s mother-of-pearl dial.

Other notable features include a stainless steel case with a dome-shaped mineral glass cover, placed like a bubble in the middle of an interchangeable silicone strap.

The AquaSphere is available without diamonds (€700), with 88 inlaid diamonds (€1,850), or with 176 inlaid diamonds (€2,900).

TechnoMarine was founded by French entrepreneur Franck Dubarry in Geneva, Switzerland in 1997.
