Tesla to Release Model S 70D Electric Sedan

Available in a choice of Ocean Blue, Obsidian Black and Warm Silver, the new sedan boasts a range of 250 miles and a 0-60mph time of 5.2 seconds.

Other notable features include independent front and rear motors, Supercharging for free long-distance travel, Autopilot hardware, navigation and blind spot detection.

Pricing for the Model S 70D starts at $75,000.

Last month Tesla revealed they may be close to unveiling their own version of a self-driving car.

Tesla Motors was founded in California in 2003 by business magnate, investor and inventor Elon Musk.
