Thailand Celebrates Opening of Luxury Shopping Mall

The four-month long celebrations to mark the opening of a giant luxury shopping mall in Thailand have recently come to an end, heralding its arrival as a major retail destination in the region.

Part of the EM District development in Bangkok, the EmQuartier mall features a vast range of international luxury mono-brand stores including Louis Vuitton, Chanel, Dior, Prada, Cartier, Dolce & Gabbana, Fendi, Gucci, Valentino, Burberry, Emporio Armani and Jimmy Choo.

Furthermore, the EM District also houses more than 60 leading and up-and-coming Thai designers in the Qurator zone.

Other notable spaces include Another Story, an innovative concept store featuring a variety of products by designers from around the world, and The Yellow Korner zone art gallery.

An array of food options are also available in the Gourmet Market which boasts more than 40,000 products from Asia and Europe, and the Quartier Food Hall featuring international dining outlets including Thai, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, Singaporean, Taiwanese, Australian, American and New Zealand.

Located in the epicentre of Sukhumvit, Bangjok, the EM District is a major business district and tourist destination comprising three developments: The Emporium, The EmQuartier, The EmSphere.
