The Culloden Estate & Spa will be the luxury collection’s only hotel in Northern Ireland, situated only five miles from Belfast City Centre, overlooking Belfast Lough, and featuring 98 bedrooms and suites. The hotel was once the official palace for the Bishops of Down and stands in 12 acres of beautiful, secluded gardens and woodland on the edge of Belfast city. Vespers Restaurant at the Culloden is one of the finest in Northern Ireland and the hotel also has its own pub called The Cultra Inn which is fun for relaxed dining, each offering local quality and seasonal produce.
Last year, The Spa at Culloden completed a significant renovation with new heat experiences, and has launched a new private medi-spa for guests and members alike, where wellness and relaxation combine. The hotel is delighted to be reopening its doors on 24th May (with the Cultra Inn reopening for outdoor dining on 30th April) and will be welcoming back guests with a new Bridgerton-themed afternoon tea, the return of the hotel’s ‘Art in the Garden’ exhibition in Summer – which will showcase the works of Dali, Picasso, Warhol and Banksy to name a few – and the introduction of a new outdoor ‘Bollinger Bus’ to heighten the experience of luxury alfresco dining.
Howard Hastings, Managing Director of Hastings Hotels, comments: “We are delighted to be joining such a renowned portfolio of hotels and resorts.
