Anyone who has day dreamed about owning a second home in France or, even of spending any length of time across the channel, may want to free up their diary later this month.

Anyone who has day dreamed about owning a second home in France or, even of spending any length of time across the channel, may want to free up their diary later this month.

The France Show returns to London’s Olympia from 27 – 29 January, bringing the very best of France to the UK capital, from tasting fine French wines and food to getting holiday inspiration to finding your dream property. Indeed, it will host the largest French property exhibition anywhere in the UK.

The event will also feature talks from well-known chefs who specialise in French cuisine, cookery workshops, wine tasting, and guest speakers including property experts on purchasing a home abroad and the effects of Brexit.

Visitors will have the chance to sample delicious French gastronomy, shop in a French market, watch cookery demonstrations, enjoy tutored wine tastings, learn about the language and culture, discover holiday ideas, and even play a classic game of pétanque, a form of boules.

The France Show director, Debbie Macleod, said: “We’re really looking forward to another year of The France Show. With Brexit on the horizon, what better time for the UK to celebrate all things French? The event offers a unique chance to engage with those who truly love France and meet experts in their fields.”

Highlights for 2017 include actress and writer Carol Drinkwater sharing her love of France, recipe inspiration from top chefs and wine-tasting with Bordeaux wines.
