The Grand Opening of the Atlantic Hotel's East End Brasserie Restaurant

By Ben Roberts

As a precursor to the 52nd edition of the Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show, the Atlantic Hotel, together with Superyachts.com, Vanderbilt Residences, Hope International, Chateu d’Esclans Wine and V Georgio Vodka, opened their brand-new luxury restaurant ‘The East End Brasserie’ last night in an evening which epitomised the high-end Miami lifestyle.

The Atlantic Hotel hosted an event last night which introduced a brand-new restaurant to the apex of Fort Lauderdale; adding a new and stylish establishment to one of the best hotels in the state. The East End Brasserie, fully completed only hours before the evening’s sophisticated occasion, welcomed over 150 guests to a warm, elegant and intimately designed restaurant which will surely attract high-net-worth individuals for a long time to come.

Upon entering, the restaurant’s dark wood floor, deep red furnishings and elegantly carved tables provide guests with the warm and welcoming feeling of a high-end Parisian bistro restaurant and 1950s noir-styled bar.

Paired with the hotel’s atmosphere of almost nostalgic sophistication, which spreads across the luxuriously decorated rooms, bars and open areas, The East End Brasserie is the new must-visit spots for influential individuals both inside and outside of Miami.

The event itself attracted influential representatives of the Superyacht Industry such as Donald Starkey, Alex Clarke, Frank Neubelt, Patrick Coote, John De Caro and Ross Tannock from Moran Yacht & Ship whilst Miami’s finest arrived in full force to enjoy the wide array of drinks, such as Whispering Angel Rose and V Georgio Vodka.
