The Lavish New Face of Four Seasons Costa Rica is Unveiled

A new era of luxury has begun at the Four Seasons Costa Rica, where a multi-million dollar investment has given the resort a lavish revamp.

Nestled along the sandy shorelines of Pensinsula Papagayo on Costa Rica’s north Pacific coast, the refurbished 45-acre resort is billed as capturing the essence of modern beachfront elegance and paradise-chic design.

Spearheaded by Dallas-based Paul Duesin Partners, the year-long overhaul was scheduled to mark the 10th anniversary of one of the region’s most highly regarded guest residences. It includes upgrades to all areas of the property, including its 154 guest rooms, lobby, spa and restaurants.

Each room throughout the resort has been thoughtfully furnished, including bronzed iron chandeliers fitted with off-white linen shades to provide soft ambient light, as well as custom-designed furniture inspired by Costa Rican culture.

Pascal Forotti, the resort’s general manager, said: “Whether in search of relaxation or adventure, Four Seasons has long been a beloved escape for travellers who appreciate the beauty, authentic culture and relaxed lifestyle that Costa Rica embodies.

“In staying true to pura vida style, our enhancement project was designed to elevate the guest experience and incorporate our unique sense of place even further – essentially elevating paradise to the next level.”

Four Seasons Hotels was founded by Canadian businessman Isadore Sharp in 1960 and currently has luxury properties dotted all over the world.
