The Royal TEC1 Wristwatch by Arnold & Son

By Paul Joseph

To marks their 250th birthday, British watch brand Arnold & Sons have created a new limited edition timepiece containing three complexities never previously combined in a watch.

Part of Arnold & Son’s Royal Collection, the Royal TEC1 wristwatch features a tourbillon, column wheel chronograph and automatic winding system all set together to create a first in the watch world.

The 18-karat red gold watch comes in 45mm case and with a blue lacquered guilloché dial that has the inscription ‘250th Anniversary’ on a 22-karat red gold rotor.

It is also available in non-limited renditions, including an 18-karat red gold model with anthracite dial and a palladium-cased version with a silvery white and silver dial.

The price of the limited edition Royal TEC1 Wristwatch has yet to be announced.

Arnold & Son was founded by John Arnold in London in 1764.
