Tiffany & Co Unveils Square Dialled Timepiece

Designed in homage to one of Tiffany’s self-manufactured piece from the 1920’s, the watch’s dial also features an exotic encryption of Arabic numerals.

Reproduced in a unique new form, it retains much of its old-world charm with a movement that is perfectly engineered and incorporated into a square shape.

The watch features a 27mm square case in yellow gold, with relatively shorter lugs at 38.88mm, lengthwise. Its ancient cathedral hands, Arabic numerals for hours and a small second sub dial at 6 o’clock, add to the well-rounded old-school feel.

The hand wound movement inside was made in-house at Tiffany and carries 17 jewels and a 42-hour power reserve in a sapphire crystal display case back. 

The watch is strictly limited to just 180 pieces, each priced at $17,889.
