Ulysse Nardin Launches New Marine Timepiece

By Paul Joseph

Swiss luxury watchmakers Ulysse Nardin have added to its iconic collection of marine watches with a stunning new creation.

Powered by a Caliber UN-118 movement designed entirely in-house, the Marine Chronometer Manufacture is available in a choice of 18-karat rose gold or stainless steel.

Able to run autonomously for 60 hours, the Marine Chronometer Manufacture has a date that can be adjusted either backward or forward, and also boasts a Ulysse Nardin Certificate, which rigorously checks the quality and craftsmanship of the watch as a whole.

Other notable features include a 43 mm case, a fluted bezel, solid lugs to ensure stability on the wrist, a screw-locked crown guaranteeing water resistance to 100 meters, and a dial available in either black, blue or silver and displaying Arabic numerals.

Ulysse Nardin was founded in Le Locle, Switzerland in 1846.
