Veuve Clicquot Opens World’s Highest Lounge Bar in Hong Kong

Prestigious champagne house Veuve Clicquot have opened a lavish new lounge bar 490-metres above the sprawling city of Hong Kong.

Nestled at the rooftop of the Ritz-Carlton hotel, the Veuve Clicquot Sunset Lounge is the highest bar in the world and offers an open-air sanctuary with private cabanas and spectacular views over Hong Kong.

The Private Cabana packages are priced at HK$1,650 ($212) and include a bottle of Veuve Clicquot Rich - the first champagne created specifically for mixology. Guests can customize their cocktails by selecting an ingredient, adding ice and topping off with the popular champagne.

An accompanying Tapas Package is also available and includes a selection of five tapas items.

Veuve Clicquot was founded in France in 1772 by Philippe Clicquot-Muiron and has grown to become one of the world’s most renowned champagne brands.

Opened in 2011, the Ritz-Carlton Hong Kong is the world’s tallest hotel.
