Vivienne Westwood Celebrates New LA Boutique
The opening of British fashion designer Vivienne Westwood’s new Los Angeles store was marked last week with a star-studded party.
Located on the prestigious Melrose Avenue, the boutique officially opened in mid-February, offering Vivienne Westwood’s full range of products, including Gold Label, Red Label, Anglomania, MAN Collection as well as jewellery and accessories.
Last week’s party attracted a diverse range of celebrities, including Dame Westwood herself. Others in attendance included musician Marilyn Manson, his wife Dita Von Teese, and actresses Christina Hendricks and Kristin Davis.
Spanning three floors and 10,000 square feet, the boutique’s décor is said to have been inspired by classic Parisian hotels, including Hotel George V and the Ritz.
"We are thrilled to finally open our new shop in Los Angeles,” said Andreas Kronthaler, Creative Director of Vivienne Westwood.
“We have fond memories of our time there and especially love the influence of Old Hollywood.
“Vivienne's designs speak to this timeless sentiment; we look forward to opening our doors to our existing clients and introducing the brand to a new customer base.”
