Welcome to the Sumptuous Island Spa at Louis Vuitton's  Maldives Resort

By Paul Joseph

The Cheval Blanc Randheli Resort, which is owned by the iconic French fashion house Louis Vuitton, has been promoting its lavish spa that is spread across its own island, as the ultimate winter escape.

Opened in 2014, the island spa is said to be the first of its kind in the world and is accessible via a Maldivian Dhoni Boat from the resort.

Billed as a “private restoration paradise”, the spa offers specialised treatments, yoga classes, and meditation facilities, all designed to provide guests with a sense of replenishment.

Treatments can be customised with sessions such as ‘The Sun Ritual’ and ‘After-Diving experience’ that specially cater to guests’ desires.

Couples can further opt for exclusive packages such as ‘The Ideal Honeymoon Indulgence’, designed for maximum intimacy.

In terms of aesthetics, the spa boasts a white coloured theme with treatment beds overlooking the crystal-clear azure sea. The island also houses an outdoor spa-centre along with a fresh water swimming pool.

Guests can spend an entire day at the Island and also tuck into a nourishing lunch before heading back to the resort.

A one-week stay at the Cheval Blanc Randheli Resort is priced at $1,750 per person, with treatments at the spa island ranging from $90 to $2,690.
