World’s first “fashion branded hotel” to Open in Dubai
Icon Italian fashion house Versace are to open what they are billing as the world’s first fashion branded hotel concept in Dubai next year.
Located in the heart of Dubai and surrounded by pristine landscaped gardens, the hotel boasts 214 rooms, each containing lavish furniture and finishes from the luxury house of Donatella Versace.
In addition to hotel rooms, the property is also home to 169 luxury condominiums ranging from one to six bedrooms. Each apartment features timber flooring in bedrooms, and marble floors and mosaic tiling throughout their living areas, kitchens, and bathrooms.
Outdoor promenades along the Dubai creek edge and private pools limited to ground floor duplex and upper level condominiums.
Amenities include Lebanese and Italian restaurants, a ballroom, meeting rooms, lounge bar, Versace boutique, spa and gymnasium.
Condominiums at Palazzo Versace Dubai range from £1,137,000 (approx. $1,780,000) a one-bedroom apartment to around £3.5 million (approx. $5.5 million) for a four bedroom apartment.
