World’s Tallest Residential Building Opens in Dubai

The 107-floor Princess Tower has opened in Dubai – becoming the world’s tallest residential building.

Soaring 1,356 feet into the emirate’s skyline, the Princess Tower is located in Dubai Marina, a man-made canal overlooking the Gulf sea and one of the most prestigious areas in Dubai.

The tower offers a large selection of luxury residential units consisting of one, two, three and four bedroom apartments, duplex and exclusive penthouses.

As well as apartments, it also contains sports and recreational facilities including shops, billiard and table tennis rooms, indoor and outdoor swimming pools, and sauna rooms.

Dubai’s is also home to the tallest building in the world - the 2,717 feet, 160-storey Burj Khalifa, which opened in January 2010.
